Barbell 301:
SFL Ready
Ostatnim krokiem na drodze do udziału w Certyfikacji Instruktorskiej StrongFirst Lifter i jej zaliczenia jest opanowanie przysiadu. Jeśli zależy ci na budowaniu jak największej masy mięśniowej, jaką może udźwignąć twoja rama, musisz wykonywać przysiad Back Squat – nie ma w tym kwestii żadnych „ale”.
Zrobione dobrze, Back Squat jest budowniczym, który nie ma sobie równych. Źle zrobiony może cię zrujnować na dobre. Nasze instrukcje jak go wykonywać są obsesyjnie precyzyjne.
Front Squat jest bardziej demokratyczny. Dla większości sportowców jest to lepszy wybór niż Back Squat – chyba że hipertrofia jest najwyższym priorytetem.
Good Morning to kolejne ćwiczenie „ograniczonego dostępu”. Jest to „grindowy” odpowiednik swingu z kettlebell. GM trenuje cały tylny łańcuch, od podstawy czaszki do stóp. Przyrosty siły bezpośrednio przenoszą się na SQ, DL i wiele innych zastosowań sportowych.

Aby wziąć udział w tych warsztatach, musisz być kompetentny w martwym ciągu (konwencjonalnym lub sumo), wyciskaniu na ławce i wyciskaniu wojskowym.
Naucz się tych umiejętności podczas warsztatów Barbell 101, warsztatów Barbell 201, w akredytowanym klubie StrongFirst Gym lub u certyfikowanego instruktora StrongFirst SFL.

See what you can expect on the individual Bodyweight 101, 201 and 301 modules. If you want to prepare for the StrongFirst Bodyweight SFB Instructor Certification, it is best for you to take part in all three modules.
Andżelika Stefańska-Kowalik
Strength is a choice you can make at every stage of your life. I help people who, on the way to a professional career, pushed the efficiency of their body into the background, and today want to take care of their health, strengthen and shape their body and regain self-confidence, attractiveness and energy, even if they think they are too weak for training. Strength and mobility prolong youth and give independence.
I specialize in training that builds strength and endurance using kettlebells, barbells and your own body weight, as well as in training that improves joint mobility and increases muscle flexibility without losing their strength. In my coaching work, I combine the philosophy of the traditional martial art of Kung Fu and the StrongFirst school of strength. As a Medical Trainer / Movement Therapist (annual Blackroll® Therapy Certification) certified by REPs, I help people struggling with pain and after injuries return to physical activity, fitness and full strength. Training and movement without pain – it’s possible!
I manage the IRBIS Sports Center & Martial Art School in Krakow, and I am the founder and head coach of the Center Kettlebell Krakow. I regularly train instructors abroad on certifications, e.g. in the USA, France, China, England, South Korea, Spain, Greece, Taiwan, Italy and Germany.
I am a four-time medalist of the Traditional Wushu/Kung Fu World Championships in China and a longtime representative of the Polish National Wushu/Kung Fu Team.

☆ REFUND POLICY ☆
What if you cannot attend the workshop? Regardless of the reason why you are unable to attend the workshop you have purchased, the refund policy is as follows:
- Up to 14 days from the date of purchasing the workshop, you have the right to resign from participating in the workshop and recover 100% of the amount paid.
- If you resign from the workshop within 14 days before the workshop, the fee is not refunded.
- In the event of resignation from the workshop within 14 days from the date of purchase and up to 14 days before the workshop, you get a refund of 50% of the amount paid.
At any time after purchasing the workshop and no later than 2 days before the workshop, you can transfer your purchased place to another person who is not registered for the workshop.
